ABOUT Deb

Deb Weisen has been in ministry for more than 44 years and has been a Bible study leader for the past 20 years. She is a highly rated author, podcaster, pastor, speaker, and counselor. She is in high demand for women’s retreats, family conferences, and marriage weekends. She shares life-changing stories without whitewashing the truth or pretending that suffering isn’t real. In her book, A View from the Porch, Deb’s genuine and honest approach to her faith helps people of every generation find hope and encouragement from the truth found in scripture. After finding herself stuck on the porch of life’s circumstances, she shares how she learned to look up, rise up, and live with hope.

 

In her new Bible study, Beyond the Porch, she encourages the reader to practice spiritual disciplines that can enable believers to keep their minds focused on Jesus and live daily in the power of the Spirit.

 

Deb and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 50 years and have four children. They continue to serve God daily with expectation, generosity and perseverance. They live and work in Vancouver, Washington.
